Sample template. This page describes what this software does with data and orders, as shipped. It is not legal advice: the store operator adapts it to their business and jurisdiction, and has it reviewed, before going live.
Accounts
One account per email address. An account made with an email and password exists once you open the confirmation link we email you. Keep your password private; you can change it or delete your account from Settings.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and set by Farro. The cart and checkout show the subtotal, the delivery fee (free above the order amount shown there) and the total before you pay. The amount charged is calculated on our server from the current menu prices.
Payment
Pay by card through Stripe Checkout, or in cash on delivery. A card order is confirmed once Stripe confirms the payment; you can follow its status in your account.
Cancellations and refunds
The store may cancel an order it cannot fulfil. When a paid order is cancelled or its amount is lowered, the difference is refunded to the card through Stripe. Contact us about a problem with an order.
Reviews
Reviews must be about the dish and lawful. Staff approve reviews before they are published and may decline any review.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders.
