Not bready at all, and the lemon wedge is all they need. The best crab cakes I have had in a while.

Sweet crab and a light broiled crust. The greens were dressed lightly and the two cakes made a good dinner.

These really are mostly lump crab, with just enough binding to hold the shape. The rémoulade has a nice mustard kick.
